Shipping

Shipping time

Our shipments are imported from the destination of our partners to you, and as most of our items are made to order the delivery time you see displayed is both the required making time and the delivery time combined.

Import and customs fees

You will not be charged separate import or customs fees, as these have already been included in the price of your item.

Order tracking

As a registered customer you can track shipping at any time by logging into your account and viewing the section titled ‘Last Order’ or by viewing your ‘Order History’ info you are already logged in.

You will receive a notification email on the dispatch of your item from the country of origin, and a further notification on arrival to the UAE.

Delivery times

You will be contacted by phone by our courier service ahead of delivery. Your items will be delivered to you via the following schedule;

 UAE Delivery: Sunday – Thursday from 8am to 6pm
 UAE Collection time: Sunday – Thursday from 8am to 6pm
 There are no deliveries on the weekend

Delivery attempts

There will be 2 attempts at delivery, failure to you or contact you on the 2nd delivery may result in your being returned to our partners.

Returns Processing 
 

Registered Customers:

1. Go to ‘My Account’ > Order History to view the details of your order.

2. To submit the request to return your item click on return / cancel.

3. Select the item you wish to return and ‘submit the request’ 
 

Guest users:

If you do not have an account you will need to contact us in order to raise a request for return.

Once your return has been collected and processed, you will receive a full refund within 15 working days.

 

Return & Refund Exceptions

We do not accept refunds on Fine Jewellery, Furniture and Lighting items, vegetable tanned leather goods, wholesale orders, and items which have been customised for you. Exemptions by seller may occur so please ensure you review the individual shipping details. Refunds will only be accepted in the case of damaged items, whereby proof must be provided.
